Sarah de Wit
VCA FOUNDER
Working in food manufacturing & major retail for over 25 years, Sarah successfully delivered & specialised in product development, quality & technical roles.
​
She is truly passionate about supporting the British dairy & cheese industry, having spent more than 15 years managing & driving product quality & leading innovation for the ASDA cheese & dairy category.
​
A member of the Specialist Cheesemakers Association Technical Committee & audit team, Sarah manages Manor House Consultancy Ltd.
​
In addition to heading up the VCA team, she is energised by working with clients; driving quality, creating commercial products to meet customer needs and expectations.
Vickie Rogerson
MARKETING & PR MANAGER

Vickie Rogerson is officially obsessed with cheese!
She is the MD of specialist food & drink PR agency North PR which supports and celebrates food and drink producers from big brands to disruptive start-ups.
She is also the co-founder of Homage2Fromage, a cheese events and cheese box delivery business which holds fun, informal and informative cheese events up and down the country,
She loves connecting people to new and exciting food and drink through her PR work and also regularly judges at cheese awards.
Kara Bowen

A multi-skilled sales and event professional, with over 25 years’ experience is the food, hospitality and events Industry.
Prior to the Virtual Cheese Awards Kara curated and managed the Speciality & Fine Food Fair; developing the event to showcase speciality food and drink from across the globe.

She brings strong communication skills, a can-do attitude and great commercial acumen to the team.
Most importantly she loves to talk cheese hear amazing cheese stories.
